I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jalisha!! Not only did she accommodate us when we came early for our tour, she was kind, helpful, and made sure we got the best deal for exactly what we were looking for. She has been extremely responsive with all of my questions. She has been absolutely amazing!

Miranda assisted us with the application process and I can't thank her enough for all of her help. She was engaged, helpful, and very professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of.

I recently moved into Mallard Glen Apartments and it was the best move for me. The neighborhood is really clean, nice neighbors. I love that they have a dog park for my dog. All of the other amenities are great as well. Maintenance is really quick to resolve any issues you may have. The layout of the apartment is so nice and it’s very peaceful here. Tania helped me move in and she is the greatest. Awesome customer service and I really appreciated their help with the process of moving. If you are thinking about making that move to these apartments, do so! You won’t regret it!

Tania did such an amazing job of helping me transition into my new lease. I’ve been at Mallard Glen for over a year and wanted to sign a new lease for a new unit on my own. She and Ms. Shauna pushed my application through and were more than prompt about getting me into my new apartment. I am extremely grateful for their patience, time and assistance. I love the property too, honestly. Maintenance is kind and every unit I’ve lived in has been clean and quiet. I hope to stay for as long as I possibly can!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My family just moved to NorthCarolina from NewYork. The anxiety of moving to a new state not knowing much was starting to set in. But then I met the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable person to help us find the perfect unit. Tania P thank you so much for all your hard work and patience. I'm am so grateful that my family has met you. I love my unit it has everything I need and want.

Michael McConnell's performance far exceeded my expectations. His efficient and organized approach to the move-in process was impressive. He is a paradigm of good character, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise.
