The maintenance team is great and very professional and responsive, especially A and Marcus, who have responded to my maintenance needs several times since I've lived here.

I just recently did an apartment transfer from a 1-1 to a 2-2 & I worked with Elizabeth. She was so informative, patient, knowledgeable & understanding. I had so many questions and concerns and I probably called her 12 times a day & but she always addressed every concern I had. She was always so professional. Definitely recommend Mallard Glen to all my family and friends when their looking for an apartment!

ok so i have been here since 2 years and is really good the pool and everything but at first these people in the office were giving bad look to us we didn’t worry abt that but they were been so rude but at the end they left

Avery and Marcus came and helped out big time with my washing machine issues! Avery stayed in contact to make sure everything was good and resolved. I had an issue with the spin cycle in my washing machine. The guys came and checked it out, and within a week, I received proper help! They also have great communication !

This place is always cleaned up and I anytime that I have ever asked for any sort of assistance, it has always been done in the best way I expected.

Marcus & Avery did great! 💗 Was super fast! And efficient and very comfortable! Got all the jobs done right

Phillip was an awesome tour guide. He made the experience 10x better. Having great staff really does fill units!
