Michael was accommodating in securing my apartment and made the entire process easy and stress-free. With moving I had so much going on and it was a blessing to have him working with me. The apartment is clean, updated, and beautifully designed.

Cute apartment that has been renovated, perfect one bedroom for just me. The leasing staff has been great, Michael has always been responsive and helpful 5/5 for him!! Only con I seem to have is there is only one place to throw away trash and it’s no where near my building so I have to drive trash through the whole complex since I’m in the back. Other than that all is good. Maintenance is always out and about keeping the grounds clean. Overall very happy to live here!

Absolutely perfect! My roommate and I were struggling in finding a place to live we were almost homeless and luckily Michael and Shauna helped us out so much by finding the perfect priced apartment for us, and there was also an amazing special going on that helped us even more. The perks of living here is more than satisfying, even the community is very friendly and the apartments themselves are more than adequate. Not only that, the process of applying was absolutely quick and they kept communication with us which is very hard to find in most apartment complexes. Definitely recommend!

Michael and Shauna were amazing with me and my roommate. Michael gave us a tour and he answered all of our questions and concerns. Their Communication skills were top-tier. And I mean TOP-TIER!!!! Michael kept communicating with us even after hours and I am so happy he helps us out. They were quick with emails and phone calls. The neighborhood is beautiful and amazing. The apartment beautiful and just what we wanted. Once again thank you to Michael and Shauna for your amazing help and encouragement. If anyone decided to move in, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICHAEL AND SHAUNA!!!
