I appreciate Ms. Gravely for always having the best practices when thinking of me an my son's. She kept us informed of all aspects when it came to things as far as the apartment. She and her staff members were always pleasant. Very approachable. Efficient and fast to responding. Ensuring work orders were complete. It's alot into caring for your tenants and upkeep of your apartment complex. Since rent here for 3 years, Ms. Gravely and also Ms. Hamilton have been nothing but the BEST. Ms. Carollind always a smile when greeting, cares about concerns and needs. Both have been very proactive to ensure morale of the tenants and also keeping the property looking top notch. I would like to also thank the previous mangers and staff when moved in and also thank the new staff. Keep shinning, not alot of apartment complex show careless for the tenants. Thank you!
This place has overcharged us for water bills in excessive of $100 multiple months in a row. When we help they never do. They are not understanding nor care about our concerns. Should be comfortable where you live and this could be an unnecessary stress you don’t need at place you call home. Many months after the review. Dawn took over and was able to help us fix this issue that we had for over 2 years. I am so thankful for her and her staff for helping end this nightmare of a situation.
Dawn and Mike were amazing!! They made my stay more comfortable..maintenance always responded in a timely manner. Maliha and Daniella were always helpful as well
The Mallard Glen apartments are awesome! The units are spacious and nicely updated, with many being newly renovated. Not only that, the price, location, and nearby amenities are really hard to beat in Charlotte. The staff is super helpful and provide great and timely service. For sure if you are looking for a blessed apartment experience in Charlotte you need to take a look at Mallard Glen. Ask for Carolinda if possible; she is amazing!

I have to take out the time to share my wonderful experience. I think that people usually leave responses about negative interactions. I had some issues that needed resolving. Based on reviews I was not expecting a lot but the property manager Dawn Gravely has went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Even more impressive she has kept in contact with me throughout the process to ensure me that my issues were being addressed and taken care of. My family’s issues were addressed with empathy and professionalism and best of all resolved. I couldn’t recommend Mallard Glen enough based on my experience with the management team specifically the property manager Dawn Gravely.
I had such an enjoyable experience at Mallard Glen. I went in for a tour and was greeted by Dawn at the door. So friendly. Her energy was so contagious. Monica gave me all the information I needed. Between the 2 of them....application was done on the spot. I look forward to calling Mallard my home.
Okay let's do a few things. First the mold issue in the apartment. That they blamed from upstairs but the floor was wet. And their was only mold on the bottom. I have a baby and dog and they did not care their was black mold in my apartment. It took all weekend because no manager was on ground. And when they did fix it all they did was paint over it. Or the lack of communication in this place. Don't get me wrong when we first moved in we thought it was great. But now they are horrible. For one instance we had our dog since we moved in back in 2021, but since the mold they have issues since I told them I was calling the health department. We had to pay twice for our dog. This place IS NOT A SAAFE PLACE for your FAMILY. They do not care about you. Just your money. They don't care about the health or anything. than let's talk about the fact that they left my apartment with out AC with a baby. they said that it was not an emergency when my apartment was 77 degrees and the outside was 61. and I have a baby. when I said that they came and told us to wait three hours after changing the filter and it did nothing. than they said they may be out Monday. the place is not worth the money I pay for the unlimited package and it is a waste of money.
The maintenance team is great and very professional and responsive, especially A and Marcus, who have responded to my maintenance needs several times since I've lived here.
