Very nice place, close to the city. Management is very kind and welcoming, Michael is awesome he showed me all around the facility and made sure I had the best unit available with a great view. The manager Shauna is super nice as well she made sure I was taken care of from the beginning.

Michael was very helpful and professional during my move-in process. He answered my emails in a timely manner and ensured that my move-in concerns were properly handled.

I was nervous about moving and my best friend suggested we stop and look at Mallard Glen. I am so glad we did Michael was amazing! Extremely friendly and detailed. He left no stone unturned and when he said he would follow up and he remained true to his words. Both he and Shauna made this experience an awesome one. This place has overcharged us for water bills in excessive of $100 multiple months in a row. When we help they never do. They are not understanding nor care about our concerns. Should be comfortable where you live and this could be an unnecessary stress you don’t need at place you call home. Many months after the review. Dawn took over and was able to help us fix this issue that we had for over 2 years. I am so thankful for her and her staff for helping end this nightmare of a situation.
