Lived here for 4 years. Very nice grounds and amenities. This management group especially Shauna Green and Michael McConnell have been the best this community has had. They are running the office extremely well!

Cute apartment that has been renovated, perfect one bedroom for just me. The leasing staff has been great, Michael has always been responsive and helpful 5/5 for him!! Only con I seem to have is there is only one place to throw away trash and it’s no where near my building so I have to drive trash through the whole complex since I’m in the back. Other than that all is good. Maintenance is always out and about. Overall very happy to live here!

Maintenance is always on time and helpful for any issues. Willie helped us with the plumbing issues very well. And all his teammates are professional.

All property staff has been a big help and I’m so grateful and thankful for their help and support. The best property team i ever met 🫶🏼 most definitely recommending mallard glen to friends and family.

Michael was accommodating in securing my apartment and made the entire process easy and stress-free. With moving I had so much going on and it was a blessing to have him working with me. The apartment is clean, updated, and beautifully designed.

Absolutely perfect! My roommate and I were struggling in finding a place to live we were almost homeless and luckily Michael and Shauna helped us out so much by finding the perfect priced apartment for us, and there was also an amazing special going on that helped us even more. The perks of living here is more than satisfying, even the community is very friendly and the apartments themselves are more than adequate. Not only that, the process of applying was absolutely quick and they kept communication with us which is very hard to find in most apartment complexes. Definitely recommend!
