I went on a tour of your property today with Lorenzo and it was amazing. Lorenzo did his thing on this tour. His demeanor and personality won me over a million times. I have to come back to so my sister can see the place but he won me over on the apartment. He did such a wonderful job that I need for my leasing contract to be contingent on as long as he works there. The apartment complex was beautiful but he made it 100 times better.

Today I went on a tour with Lorenzo to view a property and I had such a beautiful tour with him. He was so friendly and upbeat one of the best tours that I have ever had. I give him 5 stars. Thank you so much for your patience and beautiful personality.

You notice all these good reviews are from the INITIAL interaction. When you sign that lease, that’s when the real attitude of these ppl come out. Whatever problem you have, they ARE NOT GOING TO CARE. Maintenance charges you to fix things, the pool has unruly tenants and food in pool. You’re harassed at the gym. Cars are being broke into and they say they have security. It’s all a disguise.

Miranda and Lorenzo are an absolute BLAST to chat with when you enter the leasing office at Mallard Glen. Anyone entering the leasing office without a smile will surely walk out with one after chatting with these lovely people. I look forward to seeing y'all again!

My experience at Mallard Glen was nothing short of a wonderful time. Lorenzo Glenn was my tour guide and he gave me the best of tour. On the tour it was all laughter and great conversation. After the tour he help me with questions I had with my application. I appreciate the kindness, patience and love showed by him and the staff. I look forward to being a resident.
