Went on a tour today and was greeted by Lorenzo Glenn who was very professional. He has great customer service skills which made the viewing of the property a pleasure.
Management planned the cutest Easter egg hunt for the kids in the communities. We had a blast with Lorenzo and the rest of the team. Some of the best customer service I've seen in a while.
I took a tour with a friend of mine and I give it 10 out of 10. Lorenzo was extremely sweet, fun personality, and gave us so many details. And I appreciated that he answered all of our questions, I tend to ask a lot and he did not mind talking with us. Definitely keeping this place in mind.
Listen to me and take this as your sign ! Do NOT sign that lease. If you have children DO not sign that lease this is NOT a community suitable for children. Lorenzo was a great host during my tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable! As a customer service professional myself, I appreciate good service. The property was very clean and well kept considering they are 20 years old and very well priced! Great experience overall!

I thought this apartment was great when I first moved in last July. I was told when I moved in that my rent would be 1360 every month. I would just have to pay my utilities separately. I was told water would be included almost a year into my apartment I’m being granted with a large water bill randomly being told that I was supposed to be getting built for water, etc. they didn’t take any type of responsibility. Just charged me anyway mind you I’m paying a fee for a raggedy key that they gave me in the beginning that wasn’t new so it fell off my key ring and they charged me $50 for it this apartment seems great until you sign that lease and then it just seems like all these random charges and things start to happen. I should’ve read the reviews.
