I came in to get a transfer packet because i expressed a concern about my unit and i was told by the property manager to come pick one up. I actually don’t like having to contact anyone about any issues, but if I do it’s because it’s a real issue. I came up to the office and the lady that sounds more of like she speaks Spanish I did not get her name so I am not trying to be rude, but she made me feel very unsettled, I told her I needed a transfer packet and she was like why, I said “I’ve already talked to Ms.Denise and she told me to come pick up a packet” it was just a very strange interaction and was unnecessary the way that she handled it. Maybe she was confused, but her body language and her attitude was unnecessary considering I didn’t need much. The only one that seems to be genuine is Miranda, when I moved in last year she was always really nice and had good energy. These other new people are terrible and have bad attitudes for no reason, I pay my rent on time if not early all the time since I’ve lived here. Stop giving people that actually do the right thing a hard time, people would have nothing to complain about if you just do your job.

I had such a great experience with the leasing office team at this apartment complex! Yasmine and Lorenzo who helped me tremendously, and I truly can’t thank them enough. I had a very important package delivered to the wrong address, and I was honestly stressed about it. When I called the office, they immediately stepped in to help. They were professional, kind, and thorough. Of course they made sure to verify my ID to confirm the package was mine, which I appreciated. What really stood out to me was how they went out of their way to track it down and make sure I actually got it back. They didn’t have to put in that extra effort, but they did, and that level of customer service means a lot. Thank you both for your professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help. Exceptional customer service like that does not go unnoticed!

I’ve been staying at this complex for the past year and it’s been an amazing experience. Rafa has been a big reason why my stay has been well as he is part of the maintenance crew here at Mallard Glen. He’s always been professional, friendly, respectful, and quick to respond to all of my maintenance requests. His work is always done professionally and proficiently; with no need for a second visit/request. You can clearly see he genuinely cares about doing a great job and makes sure that your requests and any other needs are met before leaving.

As I was leaving out this morning I saw maintenance man Raphael and I asked him was he able to remove the Ice off the sidewalk. He then asked me about what time I would be back I said around Noon.He then assured me he would try to clear it.As I return from the doc with my mom(92)I saw that the sidewalk was salted and cleared, Kudos and outstanding job to Mr Raphael thank you so much.

Lorenzo was so amazing during my tour and really livened up the apartment hunting experience for me! Great job and great energy keep him on your team!!!!

We stayed for 3 years! Lovely place to live until we left the state. Great staff, and the maintenance people deserve everything good that happens to them! Great location, as well; there are a lot of places that are walkable. We loved living here!
