I lived here for 3 years and leaving when my lease is up. They had a shooting last summer at the pool that was on the news. People let their dogs walk around. 2 pits from this apartment complex attacked a lady at the daycare next door to the apartments, which was also on the news last summer. The police is constantly out here! People blast music at 4 am in the morning. When you report things to the office they don't address the people that cause the problem, they send out a mass emails to everyone. It's dog feces everywhere. Trash is always piled up at the trash compactor. They say they have upgraded apartments and it's not, they half paint over the bathtub and walls. After you're in the apartment for a few weeks you will see the new paint peel off. Stay far away from this apartment complex. They send out too many emails and call you about the wrong things. If you ever fall behind on your rent even if it's a day or two after the 15th the staff will let you go to court, pay it and still evict you. People have multiple guest and it's hard to find a parking space after 7 pm. This new staff may appear nice but please don't be fooled by that.
