Miranda at Mallard Glen Years ago, I visited Mallard Glen while searching for an apartment. Although I ended up choosing a different place (instant regret!), one thing that stayed with me was the kindness, openness, and genuinely caring attention I received from the leasing person back then—it made me feel truly welcome. Last week, as soon as I walked through the door at Mallard Glen again, that same warm feeling came rushing back with the very first “Hello, welcome!” This time, it was Miranda—a lovely lady who was friendly, professional, and kind from the moment I arrived. Miranda made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to answer my questions and even helped me apply for an apartment that I can now easily call my new home. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and for Miranda’s kind support. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel truly welcomed—Miranda does just that. Her warmth and attentiveness made all the difference, and I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with her.

I’m not even officially a resident yet, but Jalisha has already gone above and beyond. I had a few large packages delivered and was worried about them sitting outside all day. She kindly reassured me that I could come by and place them in my unit early — and she didn’t stop there. Jalisha actually helped me carry everything in and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. That kind of service is rare and truly exceeded my expectations. She deserves more than five stars!
